Waist Hugs can easily maintain its stretchy original shape if taken good care of.

Here is what you’ll need:

1. A soft cloth
2. Mild Body Soap (**Do not use detergent.)
3. Warm water in a bowl or basin

Here is how you wash it:

1. Dip the cloth in warm water and lather it up. Soap it up next and gently rub it on your waist trainer.
2. Hang out to dry in a well-ventilated area. (**Do not expose it to direct sunlight.)

2. Wear your waist trainers for around 8 - 16 hours a day. If it is your first time waist training, start wearing it for 5 hours a day. Repeat this daily and increase the number of hours as you get more accustomed to your waist trainer. Always listen to your body and take it slow! Over time, your body will shift as you pull in at the waist.

3. Make sure that you adopt a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

Working out
You can wear the waist trainers to amplify your workout. Thermogenesis will help you enhance sweat in the stomach and midsection. It will allow your body to rid itself of toxins and impurities through perspiration.

Healthy Diet
The tight compression will help you reduce food intake because you will feel less hungry. That said, you still need to eat smaller meals, more often than three large servings a day.

Wearing it while at work
You can wear you waist trainers to work. The snug fit of the shapewear will provide support for your back, hence, it prevents slouching and also helps to develop good posture habits.

A waist trainer is a supplement to help you promote weight loss and better posture but ultimately, the work needs to come from you to fully maximise the effects.

Like most products, over-usage can cause health problems. Talk to your primary care doctor if you are uncertain about the safety and effectiveness of using waist trainers. If you experience pain, numbness or stomach issues such as acid reflux and heartburn, remove your waist trainers.

Ultimately, wearing a waist trainer according to recommended guidelines won’t cause any problems (provided it is not too tight).

Some of the most common risks when wearing waist trainers include:

• Breathing Problems
If you cinch your waist trainer too tight, you might end up having breathing problems, which could even lead to you passing out.

• Digestive System Issues
If you cinch your waist trainer too tight, you will not only be squeezing you skin and fats, but also your digestive system.

Listen to your body, adopt a healthy lifestyle and get accustomed to wearing these waist trainers slowly.

Shipments can be delayed due to a variety of reasons. Check the status of your shipment using your email address and order number on directly with the shipping provider tracking number provided on your invoice.

We might not have access to more detailed information but we will do our best to help you in the case when your parcel is late. In addition, all Waist Hugs is not responsible for any delay or potential damage occurred after the shipment leaves our warehouse.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Lost Items During Shipping

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Waist Hugs (www.waisthugs) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 2 - 3 business working days. Orders are not shipping or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please take note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Waist Hugs (www.waisthugs) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc...)
